The website is likely the first touchpoint prospective customers will have with the brand. Because of this, we created a 'Buying Process' page for those who are interested in a new heating unit but may feel overwhelmed with their options. To make these individuals feel comfortable with Ferguson's before visiting the showroom, we incorporated original photography to introduce the staff. A purchase of this size is a large commitment, so we took every step possible to ensure prospective buyers felt comfortable and confident throughout their experience.
Our most significant undertaking was simplifying the navigation, allowing users to explore their heating options easily. With more than 200 products available, it was important that users could see product previews of each item before clicking through to view a product's complete details.
